PaintCo was founded in 1998 by Keith Dickson and Gino Sgambelluri. PaintCo is a service disabled owned business and HUBZone qualified business. PaintCo is a certified Exterior Insulation and Finish System inspector through the Exterior Design Institute. We are members of the Guam Contractors Association.
