Pacific Industrial Coatings was founded in 2000. PIC is a service disabled veteran owned and HUBZone qualified business. PIC’s capabilities include; fluid applied roofing, spray insulation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic decking, below grade waterproofing, abrasive blasting and protective coating, as well as resurfacing and lining of tanks for potable water and wastewater treatment plants.
We have over 2.5 million square feet of roofs and decks and over 5 million board feet of spray polyurethane foam insulation under warranty. Our ability to provide quality, on time work, without compromising safety, and our commitment to working with other trades has made us the contractor of choice for waterproofing and insulation.
